Current Case Management Services

Community Options has been providing both Case Management and direct services in this area since 1972 and as of

March 1, 2024, we are no longer providing Case Management Services. Those duties have been transferred to new Case Management Agencies in both Montrose County (MCHS) and Delta County (RMHP). While we no longer provide direct Case Management, we have created a Case Management Liaison position to coordinate services with the Case Management Agencies and assist families and people seeking or receiving services.
